Sure the hell is! As I recall she was most adamant
that financial gain was not her aim. We all knew
better and now the proof is in and exceedingly
glaring.

What is really ridiculous about this whole is the
self-righteous tone taken by the article! Surely, the
reporter and editors cannot miss the facts of the
case: namely, that Ferrel was explicitly disinherited.
 And now the lawsuit will be halted if monies from
which she was explicitly disinherited is given to
her...hello!?

Anyone who has followed the case must know see these
facts. And yet the newspaper story is clearly on her
side with every sentence and paragraph.

What blatant hypocrisy and arrogance and willful
ignorance on the part of the paper!

The whole mess simply stinks. What a perfect example
of the bad side of humanity....

What is badly needed is a letter to editor of the
paper pointing out the facts of the situation.
