That's funny. I recall seeing several times that > his will specifically excluded/disinherited her > because Ted said she had already been provided for. Sure the hell is! As I recall she was most adamant that financial gain was not her aim. We all knew better and now the proof is in and exceedingly glaring. >>>> What is really ridiculous about this whole is the self-righteous tone taken by the article! Surely, the reporter and editors cannot miss the facts of the case: namely, that Ferrel was explicitly disinherited. And now the lawsuit will be halted if monies from which she was explicitly disinherited is given to her...hello!? Anyone who has followed the case must know see these facts. And yet the newspaper story is clearly on her side with every sentence and paragraph. What blatant hypocrisy and arrogance and willful ignorance on the part of the paper! The whole mess simply stinks. What a perfect example of the bad side of humanity.... What is badly needed is a letter to editor of the paper pointing out the facts of the situation. __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful.
