If you are interested in parallel Universes, you could read Max Tegmark
paper: astro-ph/0302131 at xxx.lanl.gov. It is a nontechnical story, without
mathematical formulas. Tegmark describes four kinds of parallel Universes, it
is a good picture of what many scientists think today. It is a googolplexian
world (one googolplex is a number with an one and ten power one hundred
zeroes behind, before the decimal point).

Well, this would not be my view of the world, because it neglects the
infinite in the down direction. If you like philosophical thinking, you'll
find some food for thought here.

Yvan Bozzonetti.
