There is a practical purpose to someone (male of female) wishing to be in the 
same dewer as others that they love.  One might prefer that should some 
accident cause the loss of a dewer either "we all go" or "we all survive".  
You can't choose which, if any, dewers fail.  You can choose how a failure 
would impact your future.
