Food such steak is rich in proteins, these come packed in cells at the 
micrometer size. This is a sure hazard factor. So please, don't eat steak or 
anything biological in origin.

This message, I hope, will get me the first prize in craziness, but given 
what Gina has found, I understand I must work hard to get it :-(
