Pacemaker-Defibrilators now.  My neighbor just got one.  Alas, the cost is 

$50,000, but if you have a bad heart in the USA, maybe Medicare would pay for 
it.  

Besides, I hear wives are even more expensive, and just *try* to get Medicare to
pay for one of those!
