Have one corporation licensed as a funeral home, the other as a cemetery. Of course, this does not address the real reason the state, or some government functionary with a personal agenda, is meddling. It may be that whatever they apply for might get turned down. What do other cryonics facilities do to avoid this problem? Or is this unique to Michigan? Surely in Michigan there are facilities that store cadavers for medical purposes. What laws, if any, govern that? www.BladesOfLegend.com Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=22420
