All,

I believe that it is quite foolish for CI to attempt a legal battle and
should simply register as a cemetary with good grace and keep a good
relationship with the authorities. We live in a society where government
regulates everything from landfill to babyfood. Of course it is
disappointing that Cryonics can't go unregulated forever - but this is
inevitable as membership increases. It would be far more productive to work
constructively with the authorities to define a new class of cemetary which
recognizes low-temperature storage (and permits some post-mortem
preparation) - and gain all the benefits and protection that official
registration implies.

Regards,-
 Andrew.
