Have you seen any issues of the old CLAUSTROPHOBIA? It wasn't "political"
in what I think is your sense. Yes, it was libertarian, but a lot of other
stuff went in too.

My problem with most political discussion is that it is very dependent on
the situation (technological, material, etc) at the time of writing. If you
read history this becomes luminously clear. Even such a simple thing as 
the definition of a "person" changes everything around if it starts to differ
from our current definition.

Although the old CLAUSTROPHOBIA never discussed this explicitly, one of its
charms for me was that its editors knew very well that the technical changes
they also described (and were rooting for!) were very closely connected to
the politics.... inseparable, in fact.

If you are willing I'd like to see a sample copy to find out whether my
