Well, I just thought "warmly" seemed to be a politically incorrect term to be
used by the Earth's
most effective cryonics salesman. (Just joking of course.) Congratulations

thousands more.
LOL! Thanks, Randy! (And others who have emailed privately.)

BTW, I just had my second meeting with yet another attorney regarding her
being available for the purpose of setting up Cryonics Trusts. Especially in

Florida, where laws against perpetuities have been virtually eliminated. And
you
can own a Florida based trust of this type regardless of your state of
residence.

I provided a copy of my cryonics trust, the "Hoffman Prototype Cryonics

Trust," A modification of what is called a "Dynasty Trust." This is designed to
last at least 360 years after my (putative) "death" (suspension), and has my
wife as initial trustee and then the Corporate trustee of Suntrust Trust
Department.

It is funded with a separate life insurance policy for about $500,000.

If this works, (and there are a lot of variables that will have to work,) the
following may occur.

You and I could be reanimated fairly "wealthy." Yes, I know I have heard the
nanotech heaven on earth that will make reanimation possible money will be a
non-issue.

But I don't believe this. Not in the near term future (next 50 to 100 years
or so).

Anyway, wanted my cryonics friends to know we are working to make the
cryonics trusts more affordable and "boilerplate."

Yes, I know people have paid upwards of $20,000 for such trusts. The estate
planning attorneys who did my trust are charging $5,000.

But I am trying to get this cost down to the 500 to 1200 range. My purpose
is simple and straightforward. I want to sell the life insurance policies to
fund the trust. Permanent but affordable Universal Life policies, with

underlying guarantees that the policy WILL be in place when you need it, the day
your
heart stops beating and the techs are perfusing cryoprotective agent
throughout your body.

Let's make 2004 the best year ever for the memes of longevity, immortalism,
antiaging, and cryonics.

Warmly (!) and Professionally Yours, For Centuries,

Rudi Hoffman CFP
