Very interesting experiment. Remember, though, that rodent aging is different 
from most other mammal aging. For one thing, mice aren't affected by telomere 
replicative senescence (telomerase is not turned off in mouse somatic cells). 
Cows, whales, primates, horses, etc. all use replicative senescence 

(presumably for cancer control) and thus are vulnerable to oxidative damage 
shortening 
their telomeres. -Bill
