People trying to increase their length of stay on earth might be
classified according to a pyramid, with cryonicists at the top.

CRYONICISTS, and CR practitioners
Supplement takers spending more than $40/month, and serious exercisers
Supplement users spending $10 - $39/month, people on very "healthy" diets
Occasional supplement users <$10/month, and avoiders of some "junk" food

There are differences of opinion here, but IMHO, of the all the
interventions, the one with the best evidence of a clear benefit, and yet
incurring both minimum cost and effort would be policosanol supplements.
