Easy to say, not so easy to do.  A lot cheaper is still
a lot of money.  And any amount is wasted if the message
is not effective.

If you (or anyone) had a viable plan for a promotional
campaign, I'd contribute, as I think others would ("If
you build it, people will come").  I've heard enough of
"Somebody oughta".
