LOL!!  This was a great response to Hayflick, along with the earlier  more 

scientific responses.  I confess, I was a bit disapointed that  Hayflick (who is
rather well known due to "the Hayflick limit" for cell  divisions) is so 
negative and seemingly poorly informed about current realities  of antiaging 
research.
 
He is widely quoted in Scientific American articles regarding antiaging, in  
several issues, as one of the "token skeptics" about human potential for aging 
 intervention.  While I appreciate skepticism, his criticisms seem  
overreaching, non-scientific, and downright inane.  

Bravo, Robert  Ettinger, for hitting this particular nail on his rather hard 
head!   LOL!
