volunteers. Members of our SoCal Volunteer Recovery Team will provide an
overview of the activities of the team. If you re interested in
volunteering, this would be the perfect opportunity to get started.

Hosted, once again, by our generous David Kekich.

Meet Joe Waynick, Alcor CEO and President

Mr. Waynick came to Arizona in December 1997 and soon began volunteering for
various projects at Alcor. In December of 2003 he was selected as CEO and
President of the foundation and elected to the Board of Directors. He
considers the long-term protection and preservation of our patients his most
important duty, as well as the continued advancement of the quality of
Alcor's cryopreservation capability. Mr. Waynick provides leadership and
direction to Alcor's team of 15 full-time employees and volunteers, is a
public speaker on Alcor's behalf, and facilitates the smooth operation of
the facility.

For a full biography, please go to the Alcor Web site at www.alcor.org.

The SoCal Recovery Team

The team is a group of volunteers who have committed to meet 4 6 times per
year for several hours of training. The training events are usually several
hours in length and are held in Culver City on Sunday afternoons.

This training is in preparation for the team s primary commitment
emergency support in the event of the death of an Alcor member in Southern
California.

The Recovery Team needs to grow. If you might be interesting in
volunteering for the team, this will be a great opportunity to get
information about what s involved.

We will provide a brief overview of the team and members of the team,
including Tanya Jones, Peter Voss, Louise Gold, Regina Pancake and Michael
Geisen will be available to answer your questions.
