Now, taking the conversation back towards cryonics, I've personally been surprised at some of the medical practices that are acceptable in the Islamic world. For example, there may be more Islamic countries in which reproductive cloning is acceptable than in the west. Another surpise I had was a story in which Iranians were talking how sex change operations were becoming acceptable in Iran. What floored me was one person talking about how the cleric/judge was exceptionally helpful in the process. What that raises to me: what is the right way to approach cryonics in the Islamic world? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Take Yahoo! Mail with you!
