Subject: AGE database extract

Unfortunately medical information is also a salable commodity. I finally
did manage to access the complete list recently. You need to be on a
university workstation to do this. The following is an extract from this
database.

McDonalds's hamburger 54.1 kU/gram
frankfurter boiled 7 min 74.8
chicken boiled 1 hr 11.2
smoked salmon 5.7

White meat is much better than dark.

cheese, parmesan 169.0
cheese, American 86.8
cheese, mozzarella skim 16.8
cottage cheese 1% fat 14.5
egg yolk boiled 10 min 12.1
egg white boiled 10 min 0.4

Highly processed cheese is bad, egg white is great.
Skim milk Mozzarella looks to be useful in creating healthier pizza!

pizza 68.2
macaroni and cheese 27.3
cereal, Fiber One 14.0
corn chips, Doritos 5.0
oatmeal, instant 0.2
banana 0.1
mustard 0.03

It looks like Fiber One is roasted at a high temperature during processing.
I suspect mustard may contain a glycoxidation inhibitor.
