I think mouse revival remains a long way off.   Indeed, if you could revive a 
mouse, as someone pointed out, you would be so close to reviving a human that 
a prize would be almost irrelevant.   Much closer would be the preservation 
and revival through transplant of a mammal organ, even a relatively 

uncomplicated one, but one with obvious human implications.   Was it Carnegie 
Mellon who 
got a small grant for such research a while back? What is the status of that?
