I don't knox about the UK law, in France you can build nearly everywhere if 
you build a gof for example or if you build a house on piles. May be there are 
similar loophole in the UK law ?

This is true, but it seems best to start with something that doing nothing, 
even if the first facility is not exclusively used by cryonicists, this is not 
a big problem.
