Although you have now gone to some length, apparently, to say the same thing yourself (that you don't plan to litigate), up to now I got the impression that you were considering it, only first you wanted to hear arguments, et cetera. The arguments against it that were raised were answered by you as if you were defending the idea of litigating, so the rest of us continued to assume there was an ongoing debate about this.
