Subject: Do C. Platt and SA Have Something to Hide?

Well, I posted the below 3 days ago, and I thought it was a reasonable
request. The Cryonet does, after all, arrive by email.

Will Mr. Platt kindly reply? Otherwise, we must assume that the
organization he works for has something to hide, and that Mr. Platt's
promise to reply to email is a tad empty. Reasonable excuses for a delay
will be entertained and appropriate apologies given where indicated.

Subject: To C. Platt: Why Private Email to Correct Speculations?

Charles Platt makes the following puzzling statement above in today's digest:

 >Robert Ettinger wrote:

 >Animation is heavily subsidized by Saul Kent and Bill Faloon.
 >I believe they are Alcor members, but apparently are not
 >satisfied with Alcor standby. They think SA can do better."

 >This is speculation. I encourage anyone who has questions
 >about Suspended Animation, its financing, its contractual
 >arrangements, or other similar issues, to contact me directly
 >via email. I always respond to inquiries.

If Ettinger's statement "is speculation," why not, since you have taken the
time to point that out to us, also simply let us know if the speculation is
true, and if not, what parts of it are not true and what the true story is?

Or, you could consider this my email to you to which you promised to
respond, and I could post your response to Cryonet myself. But that seems
a little awkward.
