Or is this above-quoted > philosophy merely a more recent "enlightenment"? Paul doesn't justify his previous use of the name "Tom Matthews" for life-extension purposes and he publicly apologized in the past with the explanation of why he did so. He repeated this explanation and apology again fairly recently in http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/morelife/message/1051 (near the beginning) and with more detail in http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/morelife/message/1061 (about 2/3 down the message). Using a "handle" or pseudonym is not being anonymous when the information openly given is correct *and* it can be linked to a unique person; it was this lack of linkage for which Paul has and does apologize. All information provided regarding "Tom Matthews" was accurate during the approximately 5 years that name was used and has been publicly linked (http://morelife.org/personal/ ) to Paul Wakfer for over 3 years now since he left his consulting position as Moderator of the LEF Forums. So, yes, this philosophy is a more recent enlightenment. Since when has it ever been wrong to use evidence and logical thought to effect changes to one's views and practices? Paul's and my statements on the reasons why anonymity is harmful and therefore undesirable are clearly and fully stated in the two essays on the subject at the Self-Sovereign Individual Project; http://selfsip.org/focus If anyone has criticism of the assumptions or reasoning in those essays, then post a critique to any appropriate public forum (after reading the essays of course, which is doubtful was done by the writer of the message to which this is a reply). Doing so at MoreLife Yahoo is welcomed if the posting requirements are met. **Kitty Antonik Wakfer MoreLife for the rational - http://morelife.org Reality based tools for more life in quantity and quality Self-Sovereign Individual Project - http://selfsip.org Rational freedom by self-sovereignty & social contracting Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=26852
