Are you at liberty to tell us how these customers provided for their
long-term storage?

[ Doesn't Trans Time do the caretaking (storage) for all its patients rather
  than the membership (non-profit) organization?  If so, then even if customers
  did not go through ACS or ICF, they would not have to provide their own,
  separate caretaking (storage) arrangements. - KQB ]
