Has anyone checked the level of mercury in their sushi?

It can't be a lack of stress, from what I hear about Japanese society. But
maybe I have heard wrong.

Do Japanese eat white rice, like they serve in American restaurants, or
supposedly-healthy brown rice?

Maybe it's all the exercise they get from the martial arts. Physical AND
mental.

Has Doug Skrecky fed miso soup to his flies yet?

Has anyone checked for differences in the genetic code (NOT a racist remark)?

The storm in my brain has passed, for now.
