Subject: breakthrough in ageing research

The January 14 issue of New Scientist had an interesting article on some
promising techniques that can be used insert new copies of mitochondria DNA
into mitochondria. The effect holds promise for "reversing" the ageing
process The article also discusses groundbreaking research that
demonstrates convincingly that accumulated errors in mitochondria DNA are
responsible for a very large portion of the ageing process.
