Something that occured to me as I composed my last post (and apologies 
for not being more active on the list these past nine months or so... 
things have been weird at home).

What sort of advertising budgets do the big cryonics firms have?

Obviously they don't have money to burn, but it seems to me that a 
well-crafted campaign aimed at the emerging 60+ baby-boomer demographic 
might be disproportionately fruitful in terms of recruitment. Advertise 
in places that cater to that demographic. Place ads in the AARP 
magazines. Work up a spot for VH1. It is a basic tenet of advertising; 
go where your customers are.

Cryonics' customers are people who think they might be dying sometime in 
the (relative) near future and might be willing to take even a long-shot 
to do soemthing about it.
