Probably not. Though I suspect the overwhelming majority of cryonicists 
don't make good candidates for viable brain vitirification, either, if only 
because almost everyone develops cardiovascular disease with age that 
impedes perfusion of the brain. The ideal cryonaut would have to walk into 
the cryonics operating theater as a healthy ten-year-old, not one who went 
into cardiac arrest and then into suspension decades older.

Of course, the elder cryonicists have long advocated doing away with 
biological defects as soon as the technology becomes available, even if the 
process offends certain people's sensibilities.
