Subject: Lack of Various Sense

Jeff Davis writes: "Am I the only one who thinks that Charles Platt's
unrelenting
criticism of Kennita Watson says more about his lack of a sense of
humor than any lack of judgement on Kennita's part?"

No, you are not, Jeff. Not only that, but he appears to lack a sense of
objectivity and acknowledgment of fact. The fact simply is, that if
Kennita doesn't go there to offer the reality view of cryonics, the annual
show still goes on, with thousands of people hearing only the fanatic side.

Charles is usually more rational than this. Maybe he needs to get the
important people he speaks for, to look harder at the issues, and give him
permission to express their more enlightened point of view.
