Re: How much of the building does Alcor occupy?

Tim has some details confused in that explanation. Alcor's building is not
owned by Alcor. It is owned by Cryonics Property, LLC, a limited liability
company. The ownership group is made up of the Alcor Patient Care Trust (the
majority interest holder) and several Alcor members.

When Alcor moved to Scottsdale in 1994, it occupied units 111, 110, and 109.
The main entrance is Suite 110. The rest were leased out to other tenants by
the LLC. The rents from other tenants more than paid for the mortgage that
the LLC had assumed. As Alcor has expanded, it continues to pay rent for its
space to the LLC. Currently the building still has 4 other tenants on the east

end of the building. Alcor now occupies most of the building. The building is in
excellent shape and has appreciated greatly in value since the LLC purchased
it
