It's a free country.  You can start whatever you want.
I don't think you'll get much traction, though.  Many
of the folk I know who are into cryonics are a) rugged
individualists, and b) allergic to religion.  Possibly
easier to bend the ear of a clergyperson and get him/her
to talk it up to his/her flock.  You'd have many hard
parts already done -- the place to worship, the
accoutrements of the church, etc.

To get me on board, however, you would have to start
with jettisoning the "we're right and you're wrong"
attitude that monotheistic religions share.
