You have apparently missed the news that the attack on Iraq was  
accompanied by an 'oil plan' that would ensure the adherence of Iraq  
to OPEC price fixing. A price-fixing agreement is not a substantive  
cause of high prices. If enough people were aware of this, the  
political support would evaporate and prices would drop. That is why  
it is so important for Big Oil to keep you thinking that oil is  
'running out'. Proven Reserves of oil have been rising thru out  
history and continue to do so.
