A woman (or man, for that matter) who doesn't acknowledge that
being more "man-like" assists in advancing in the work world,
and even in being employed in many positions, hasn't been
paying attention and/or is denying reality.  Heartless hind
that I am, I tend to acknowledge reality even if it makes
some people feel uncomfortable -- I think facing the truth
is better for everyone in the long run.

As for any of those women (or men) who may disagree with un
(and, in this case, me, I think), please do go ahead and
respond; there are many worse fates than feeling awkward.
