IIUC, the difference in cost, while perhaps dramatic,
is less than it looks like, because the services that
Alcor provides as a monolithic package, CI provides
using subcontractors; thus a CI member can forgo some
of the services to save money but will pay close to
as much if all of them are opted for.  Alcor members
also pay for a more conservative financial outlook.
