If this actually worked and could be modified to apply to the next flu epidemic 
(bird flu?), maybe you could get your required fees from governments wanting the
problem sorted out.


Also I gather that there is a adenovirus going around the USA that gives people 
"colds" that turn out to be fatal in a significantly large number of cases to 
require action.

A technology solution that gave rapid diagnosis and kept people from mingling 
with other over the shortest time possible, that would prevent the infection 
from spreading, would have distinct economic and social advantages.
