Not that it's particularly important now, but if I remember correctly--a  big 
"if"--the reason for the effective demise of CryoCare was the loss of the  
availability of the services of Mike Darwin's organization for perfusion,  
leaving CryoCare with no perfusion provider. (Their storage provider was also  
shaky and later went out of business.)
