It is impossible for a person to have any dreams, etc., while in
cryonic suspension since all biological processes have stopped.

There is a concept of "uploading" which would allow one's memories to
be transferred into an advanced computer. Once there, one could live
in a simulated reality. However, there is no science backing this
concept. The construction of such an advanced computer is beyond
current knowledge, as is the ability to transfer memories.

However, given the advance of technology, such things could be
possible in the future. The only way to get to that future, with
current technology, is cryonic suspension. Subjectively, this would be
like falling a sleep prior to a medical operation, but the recovery
room you would wake up in would be hundreds of years in the future.
Presumably, you could direct your cryonics provider to only wake you
up in a simulated reality. This would probably mean you would be in
suspension for a long time, compared to others who left no such
directive.
