There are very few cryonicists, and most of them don't
read craigslist much, especially not to find meetings.
You might do better to:

* ask CI and Alcor to put notices in their newsletters
asking any local members to contact you

* attend or start a "future technologies" or "future
medicine" or "cryo-preservation" meetup, aimed at
explaining the technology to newcomers

For some definition of "good", yes.  "Better", I agree,
at least in terms of data transfer.

Maybe an "update your paperwork" or "get signed up"
party would give some people a reason to come out?
