How do you get more people to sign up for cryonics?

Hire ethical A employees capable of bringing the medical procedures out of the
dark ages. That's it.

Many millions of dollars a year are beingA spent, in cryonics, yet the process
(perfusion technology) used to deliver the washout and vitrification solution is
carried outA on a competency level that was surpassedA quite a few decadesA
ago, in conventional medicine. Few people of even average intelligence are going
to believe the cryonics organizations are capable of making medical history,
when they can't even perform well-established procedures on a level that was
attained more than 40 years ago, in conventional medicine. E specially in light
of the fact that the people providing the patient care are being paid as much
as, or more than, qualified professionals. Add to that the grossly unethical
behavior that takes place on a regular basis, and it's no wonder people aren't
signing up.

PLEASE, don't come back to me with the nonsense that medical professionals can't
be had. SA had a formally educated perfusionist with nearly a decade of
experience, but they didn't like having me there. Why? Because I wanted to buy
$380 FDA-approved, non-invasive level detectors, rather than watch LEF pay two
of my co-workers thousands upon thousands of dollars toA build a homemade
device that included drilling holes in previously- sterile reservoirs, and
didn't even begin to compare to the inexpensive existing equipment. Because I
objected to homemade ramps, in favor of lift gates, for loading patient
containers that needed to be kept level as they also contained a large amount of
ice and water and had delicate equipment balanced across the tops of them.
Because I wanted to contract out the cooldown box project to a company that has
been producing custom-built cryogenic containers for many years, rather than
watchA my co-workers attempt to A buildA one out of materials from Home Depot. T
his project that was started before I walked out the door, more than two years
ago, and it's my understanding that it is still ongoing, (supposedly in Platt's
home workshop, in Arizona) . One of the people working on it, when I left SA,
was being paid $50 an hour and person assisting him, at the time, was being paid
at least $37 an hour . I have no doubt t his project could have been completed
a long time ago, by the professionals at the cryogenic container company, for
only a small percentage of the man-hours that have been paid by SA, for this
project, over the past 2+ years.

Many of the people involved with the organizations have been publicly accused of
some rather serious crimes, and some of the so-called "experts" aren't asA
knowledgeable, or accomplished,A as they would have their benefactors and
admirers A believe. Most cryonicists can't see through them , but I can assure
you any medical professional familiar with perfusion procedures A was either
cringing, or laughing, when reading SA's CI-81 case report, which made it very
clear neither the care providers, or the authors of the report, had a proper A
understanding of the procedures. If more medical professionals can't be easily
brought on board, at this point in time, I believe it's due to the rampant
incompetence and unethical nature of the people they would have to work for, and
with. (N ot to mention the subversive efforts put forth, by theA people who
want to remain in control, toA limit the efforts of any medical professionals
who are hired, or to keep them out, altogether.)

I could go on about this for years, (and I have!). I'm going to be writing a lot
more about ethics and incompetency on my blog, soon, along with my on-going
exploration of animal experimentation, in cryonics.
http://cryomedical.blogspot.com/ A For now, I will just leave you with this...

Few areA going to buy what you are selling when it is painfully obvious that the
quality of care is inferior to what could have been had a very A long time ago,
and your care providers are constantly accused of unethical, and even illegal,
activities. In other words, "Clean up your act."
