Subject: Infrared reanimator suggestion based on success of Nuwave ove...

The Nuwave oven cooks with infrared heat-- and is revolutionizing cooking. We
might consider purchase of a Nuwave oven for Alcor's kitchen and other cryonics
labs kitchens to become familiar with this infrared heating device. There may be
possibilities for reanimation using infrared heat. Infrared heat therapy pads
work because the heating penetrates deeply which would be excellent for
ranimation purposes.

This infrared sauna capsule looks futuristic enough to create a media sensation
in a cryonics lab... purely as an experimental device at this time of course.

The trick in running an infrared reanimation capsule, of course, would be to not
overcook the patient. Raising the temperature from the LN2's -350 of course
would take some time. I would probably shut the machine down once the patient's
core temp is around 50 degrees F. Whatever means are used to raise the body temp
of bloodless surgery patients in advanced medicine today would take over from
there.
