Hi, Mark Plus.

You mentioned your father has Alzheimer's yesterday, and you also posted some
recent research on the disease in recent months.? Here's a book I think?you (and
all others) should read. I've read it twice just for the science value; it's no
less than excellent; I think you will agree:

http://www.amazon.com/Alzheimers-Solved-Condensed-Henry-Lorin/dp/1419616846/ref=sr_1_1/189-0863520-1890614?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1240804982&sr=8-1

One of the reasons (the major one) that little progress has been made in this
area of research?is that the etiology and?prevention?(and perhaps the solution)
for the disease defy the Cholesterol Hypothesis for coronary?heart disease.?
(Note that the Cholesterol Hypothesis is an abject absurdity, per?all the
research conducted through the years,?when properly interpreted; and
statins/HMG?CoA Reductase Inhibitors?are Beyond Absurd?for the vast majority
of?primary care purposes.) Too much money and too many professional reputations
are on the line for?reality to?make a difference.? For this reason there?has
been?limited honest medical research and reporting?possible for?most of the
major Western Diseases (which may also partly account for?less than
impressive?advances?in longevity?over the last few decades).? But this guy has
done it, in my opinion and belief.? He has properly *interpreted* the research.

Another fascinating read is found here:

http://www.amazon.com/Fluoride-Deception-Christopher-Bryson/dp/1583225269/ref=sr_1_1/187-3282270-3163146?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1240805714&sr=1-1

This work is a great "case study"?regarding the type of dynamics necessary to
reach and?keep an absurd medical intervention?alive and well.

I think you were the one who posted on magnesium in recent weeks.? If so, thanks
for that.? I am now taking magnesium citrate rather than the placebo, magnesium
ornate.

Please excuse the?AOL formatting.?
