Somehow I missed this great "60 Minutes" report from December 13 on "Growing 
Body Parts".  Progress in this field is moving more quickly than I realized with
several therapeutic uses already, from regrowing and transplanting bladders to 
regrowing muscle in war wounds.  I apologize if someone already mentioned this.
But it is definitely worth knowing about.


One of the biggest problems with discussing cryonics is what people see as the 
limitations of medicine.  How can we regrow and repair the bodies and brains of 
suspended patients when medicine can't do things like that today?  It's always 
good to be able to say, "Ah, but we can."
