I haven't heard that rumor.  I doubt if Native American sovereignty
stretches that far.

OTOH, it might be a good idea to set up a "hospice" facility with
suspension capability in Oregon.  I just heard Oregon (barely) passed
a law legalizing medically assisted suicide.
