X-Message-Number: 3654 Date: Tue, 10 Jan 1995 13:46:55 -0500 (EST) From: Subject: SCI.CRYONICS Our laboratory has developed several in vitro culture systems for toxicity testing. To expand the applications of these models, we are interested in cryopreservation of mammalian tissues (skin, liver, kidney, brain, lung). The literature on this subject, however, is almost completely restricted to preservation of single cell suspensions, while I'm interested in multicellular structures like organ cultures and organ slices (200-500=B5m thickness). Therefore, I would be very happy to receive some more information on this subject. Thanks in advance.
