I doubt it's possible, but if a liquid superconductor existed above 0 degrees
centigrade, and wasn't toxic, one could perfuse with that, and then flash
freeze.  If the superconductor remained liquid below that temperature you
might even be able to pump some of it out when done.  Being liquid and
superconducting don't seem very likely.

On the other hand, a room temperature solid superconductor might well
exist, and since the brain can survive being poked with a network of
needles, who knows?
