It is available through either Alcor or CryoCare. I can email you a copy if you wish. Offhand, I would suggest soaking the slices in 4 to 7 molar glycerol, then cooling rapidly. Mike Darwin would probably be able to tell you the best time and temperature for soaking, and subsequent cooling rate as well.
