	Greg Fahy's "Cryobiological Case for Cryonics" is a comprehensive
review of brain freezing literature (although it is now more than 5 years
out of date).  It is available through either Alcor or CryoCare.  I can
email you a copy if you wish.

	Offhand, I would suggest soaking the slices in 4 to 7 molar
glycerol, then cooling rapidly.  Mike Darwin would probably be able
to tell you the best time and temperature for soaking, and subsequent
cooling rate as well.  Good luck, and please let the rest of us know
how your experiments turn out.
