Subject: Announcement

The Board of Directors of the CryoCare Foundation wishes to
announce that effective June 1, 1995, CryoCare director, Brian Wowk,
has been elected President and CEO of CryoCare. Brian will be
replacing Brenda Peters, who after a year and a half of hard work since
CryoCare's formation, has chosen to step down for a well-deserved rest.
Brenda will continue to serve CryoCare as a board member, and in
various public relations and administrative tasks.

Brian Wowk has been active in cryonics for nine years, and
was one of the founding directors of CryoCare. He holds a M.Sc. in
medical physics, and is a trained and experienced cryonics transport
technician. Brian has also been instrumental in the design and writing
of the promotional literature of two cryonics organizations (The Alcor
Life Extension Foundation and CryoCare Foundation), and he possesses
an in-depth knowledge of the technical, legal, and social aspects of
cryonics. While serving as president, Brian will be continuing his
neuroscience research and Ph.D. studies at the National Research
Council of Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

On behalf of the entire membership, the Board wishes to thank
Brenda Peters for her tireless efforts to build CryoCare from scratch
to the major presence on the cryonics scene that it is today. The Board
also wishes Brian Wowk good luck in his efforts to maintain the
momentum of growth and progress that Brenda has established over
the past year.

Effective June 1st, the officers and directors of CryoCare will
be:

        Brian Wowk President and CEO
        Charles Platt Vice President
        Bill Seidel Vice President

        Kevin Q. Brown Treasurer
        Ben Best Secretary

Brenda Peters Director (Patient Care Director)
Brian Wowk Director (Patient Care Director)
        Peter Crowley Director (Member Director)
