Regardless, this >book *is* >well-balanced, and well-researched. Despite the title, the book >covers >the range of melatonin's uses and effects, including its possible >anti-aging >and antioxidant properties. I have not read this book, however certain comments made in this book have been quoted on various newsgroups. The excerpts that I have read do not agree with current research on the subject. I find it hard to believe that this is a well researched book. Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=4481
