I am really enjoying all the conversations at the moment.

Future generations will look back in envy at the civility and sense of
common purpose between the cryonics groups.

They will envy, too, the glorious drama of lives when the very possibility
of immortality was only a slim chance for a rare individual, when the
struggle to attain it involved a Promethean hubris, when every
participant had to be so totally aware and in control of their own destiny.

This is the moment of the greatest discontinuity in human history, so
that the very word "human" will require redefining. I am proud to be
here now, and proud too of the graciousness and magnanimity that is so
usually expressed. In itself, this sense of delight and pride in the
cryonics movement challenges me to contribute a greater effort.

Appreciatively,

Robin HL
