maybe you have more to say on that point; but as for me, I've met an awe-
ful lot of "humanists" who think we all ought to die. What's you're

Dear David:
While you MAY be right, when I doubted the interest of Humanists in any-
thing related to cryonics, I was operating not on the basis of any theory
but by personal experience. Nothing that you say touches that issue in
the least. They don't like it. Approaches to most humanist groups I know
are spurned immediately. At least one Unitarian minister was drummed out
of his church (!!! by Unitarians !!!) for advocacy of cryonics.

On our side, I can't imagine any cryonicist who would not welcome
assistance in the many legal and social battles (and even trying to raise
money for research, as in my last message [msgs #484 & #485]) cryonicists
have had to fight.
