My condolences to Mr. Gallagher's loved ones.

I look forward to the report, but if Darwin's (mis-)post yesterday is
any indication, you've got a long way to go before claiming "highest
quality".

First we're all to believe that the man walks on water, now we're told
to interpret him to mean everything other than what he actually says.
Hallelujah! Reading between the lines of the last sentence above, I'm
now looking for ways to shield my computer from a very big load.

The advertised purpose of "unbundling" was to have independent companies
free of each other's liabilities. If the CEO of CryoCare has this kind
of control at BPI, then that protection doesn't exist. If he doesn't,
then he is relying on the principals of BPI to put a cork in it. Either
way, I wish him all the luck in the world: he's gonna need it.

Ever forward,

David
