Russell Whitaker recently placed the text of Eric Drexler's 1986
book "Engines of Creation" on-line at:

(He assures me that there is no problem with copyright because
Eric Drexler owns it and has OK'd the web page.)

I'm glad to see this work made so readily available.  Cryonics
never made sense to me until I read "Engines of Creation" and
could for the first time conceive, in outline, how a person
might be revived from "whole body frostbite."
